Any credentials, source code, findings, or configuration data shared with us for the purpose of a penetration test, audit, or monitoring engagement are treated as confidential client data. This data is used exclusively to perform the contracted service and is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the engagement and any agreed retesting, after which it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise.

We do not share client data with third parties except where required to deliver the service (for example, a subprocessor used for report hosting), where required by law, or with your explicit consent. Any subprocessor with access to client data is bound by confidentiality obligations at least as strict as this policy.

We apply the same security discipline to our own systems that we test for in yours: encrypted storage and transit, least-privilege access to client data, and credential rotation after engagement completion.
