Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging WP Secure Audit for services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
WP Secure Audit provides WordPress penetration testing, security audits, continuous security monitoring, and plugin/theme security review services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW).
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their environment, timely access credentials, and for notifying relevant hosting providers or third parties as necessary. WP Secure Audit is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Limitation of Liability
While we take extensive precautions to avoid disruption during testing, security testing carries inherent risk. WP Secure Audit's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement, including audit findings, credentials, and source code. A mutual NDA is available and recommended for all engagements.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due per the terms specified in your SOW, typically net 15 days from invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing monitoring services or delayed report delivery.
Intellectual Property
Audit reports and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. WP Secure Audit retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying findings for internal research and published advisories.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement or monitoring subscription per the notice period defined in the SOW. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your signed SOW, without regard to conflict of law principles.
